At Madklubben Aarhus you are considere a group when you are 15 people or more. As a group, you will need to pre-order the same menu for the entire group.
From Sunday to Wednesday, we are flexible regarding the arrival time.
From Thursday to Saturday, our restaurant gets extra busy. During these days, you have the option to choose arrival times at 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, or 6:00 PM, and your reservation will be for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Alternatively, you can choose to arrive at 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM, and your reservation will be until the restaurant closes.
If you wish to enjoy the evening without a strict time limit, you can opt for a full-evening arrangement with a flexible arrival time:
Sunday to Wednesday: 700 DKK per person Thursday to Saturday: 1000 DKK per person
In November and December, the prices are as follows: Sunday to Wednesday: 1000 DKK per person Thursday to Saturday: 1200 DKK per person

The Restaurant in the Old Customs House
Madklubben's restaurant in Aarhus is located in the old government building known as Toldkammeret or Toldboden (Customs House). The building exudes history, designed by the renowned architect Hack Kampmann, whose name also graces the address. Construction of the building took place from 1895 to 1897. When you host an event for a larger group at the restaurant, you step into these historical premises.
The eatery does not try to be something it's not. We value the old details and furnish the space with respect for its history. That's why the old elevator remains in the building, now serving as a wine cooler for the restaurant's wines. This truly is a wine cooler you'll want to see. The restaurant is spacious, accommodating up to 270 people, making it perfect for hosting events with a view of the water, stucco interior, and high ceilings. There's plenty of space to fill the room for you and your guests.
The eatery is located very close toDOKK1. This means, that you can walk directly from the waterfront to our restaurant. It's also only a few minutes' walk from the river in Aarhus, providing a central location with a view of Bassin 1 in Aarhus Harbor. Havnegade runs parallel to the harbor, making it easy to reach us by car as well.
