In the heart of Odense lies Gågaden, which is passed by several thousands of people every single day. Here we have created a restaurant that draws in the buzzing vibe from the street. With room for more than 200 guests, you'll experience a large - but still intimate restaurant that sparks a buzzing vibe all night long. The menu is characterized by modern day classics which are defined by the ingredients that are in season.
Service is fast-paced, but we always strive to make our workdays both educational and, most importantly, enjoyable. Therefore, a positive and respectful work environment is our highest priority. About you
The team is international, so you need to be able to speak and understand both Danish and English. In addition to that, we expect the following:
- You have a flair for leadership and a strong passion for service and guests.
- You may have previous experience as a leader in the industry or be eager to take the next step in your career.
- You thrive in a young, fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about developing and training your team members.
- You are competitive and enjoy being measured on your performance through KPIs.
- You are skilled at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.
- You take pride in providing excellent hospitality.
- You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.
- An interest in wine is a plus.

You will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant in the evenings, ensuring that it runs smoothly, your staff are highly motivated, and your guests leave impressed. We have specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales who are all ready to support you in your new role. Your restaurant manager will also be there to guide you on a daily basis.
