Casper Hildebrandt

Bar Manager and Floor Manager at Bistro Royal

Casper Hildebrandt started as a bartender at Bistro Royal in 2022. He came from university, where his daily routine had become monotonous and the lectures were too dull. He wanted a change – and he got it. Casper now enjoys a dynamic work environment that he loves.

Today, Casper serves as the Bar Manager and Floor Manager at Bistro Royal. The operational experience required for these roles has been gained through his work at Madklubben. Additionally, he has chosen to complement his practical knowledge with theoretical insights through Madklubben’s educational opportunities. He has developed his leadership and wine expertise through sommelier courses and leadership training.

These courses have given Casper a new perspective. They have provided him with tools to see the bigger picture during busy periods, allowing him to optimize workflows and ultimately create the best possible experience for guests.

Olivia Chanel

Finance trainee at HQ and former employee at Frankies

Olivia started as an employee at Frankies in 2022. She was in the midst of a gap year—a break before continuing with higher education, which also gave her a chance to gain some work experience.

During her time at Frankies, Olivia's responsibilities grew. She progressed from being an employee to a Floor Manager with plans to train as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

With a background in EUX with a focus on finance, Olivia decided to pursue a position as a finance trainee at Madklubben’s headquarters. She thus shifted from her Assistant Restaurant Manager training to join the finance department as a trainee specializing in economics.

Olivia’s development has been rapid during her three years at Madklubben. Throughout her journey, she has engaged in various projects and roles, learning to handle a range of challenges. Madklubben has provided her with a space for continuous growth, teaching her to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
