With glowing bulbs strung across the ceiling, green plants on the floor, and candles on the tables, it feels like sitting in an Italian courtyard—right in the middle of Copenhagen. And when the sun’s out, it shines on Mamma’s outdoor seating on Regnbuepladsen!

About you

You are a trained chef or have at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen and want to ensure that guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.
You are accustomed to and enjoy busy, high-volume environments and are ready to adapt when required.
There are many tasks to juggle throughout the day, so it is important that you can balance them, maintain an overview, and prioritize effectively—both during the day and especially during service.
You are available to work weekends and evenings, as this is when we are busiest.
