Do you want to be part of the team when Madklubben opens a new restaurant at Nørrebro with the city’s best view over the lakes?
In March 2026, we will open an exciting new restaurant concept at Nørrebro, and we are looking for a strong team to bring it to life.
We are creating a modern neighborhood bistro with an undogmatic kitchen, where quality, personality, and presence are at the core. A place that feels local, lively, and informal - and one guests will want to return to again and again.
The restaurant will be an all-day bistro, open seven days a week from morning to evening. We will serve everything from breakfast and lunch to dinner and evening drinks, always with a focus on great ingredients, flavour, and atmosphere.

Who are you?
You are a skilled craftsperson and a passionate food professional with a genuine interest in detail and flavour
You approach your work with a positive mindset and see challenges rather than problems
You are strong at planning and prioritising your time
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are ready to adapt when needed
You are full of ideas and creative, and you’re willing to go the extra mile to ensure an experience beyond expectations for all our guests
Our team is international, so you are able to speak and understand both Danish and English
You have previous experience as a chef and/or in a kitchen leadership role
