About You

• You have a flair for leadership and a huge passion for service and guests.
• You may have previously been a manager in the industry or are eager to take the next step in your career.  
• You thrive in a fast-paced, youthful environment.
• You are passionate about developing and training your staff.  
• You are competitive and enjoy being measured on your performance through KPIs.  
• You are good at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.  
• You take pride in providing excellent hospitality.  
• You are comfortable with evening and weekend work.  
• An interest in wine is a plus.
