When you’re looking for catering for your event in Aarhus, Souk is the obvious choice. Here you get a generous help‑yourself spread of Middle Eastern favourites – from colourful mezze to grilled shawarma.
The catering menu is built on the same principles as Souk’s kitchen: flavour, quality and time to be together. Ingredients are carefully selected, seasoned by skilled chefs and prepared directly in the restaurant on Åboulevarden, where you pick up your order – or have it delivered, if you prefer.
You can choose between different menus, all based on the best seasonal produce and Souk’s warm, spice‑driven Middle Eastern universe.

The catering menu from Souk is served in disposable packaging that can be placed directly at a buffet table at your event. If you prefer to transfer the food to your own serving dishes, it is easy to transfer the food.
