Our vegetarian 4-course New Year's Eve menu begins with creamy pea soup with champagne and pasta filled with ricotta and lemon. This is followed by smoked tofu with ponzu and sesame vinaigrette, edamame beans, lime cream and seaweed pearls. For the main course, a baked walnut-and-truffle soufflé is served with mashed potatoes, baked beetroot and rosemary sauce. The dinner ends with chocolate mousse cake, raspberry macaron and red berry purée.

Which New Year's Eve menus can I choose from, and what should I be aware of?
You can choose between three New Year’s Eve menus:
All the New Year’s Eve menus are available as both 3- and 4-course menus.
No special children’s menu is offered.
Minimum number of covers:
Our classic and pescatarian menus can only be ordered for a minimum of 2 covers.
This is due to logistical reasons.
Substitutions in dishes & elements
It is not possible to substitute or change any of the dishes or elements in the New Year’s Eve menu.
We reserve the right to make a few minor changes to the menu if necessary.

Where and when can I have my New Year's Eve menu delivered?
Madklubben's New Year's Eve menu catering is delivered on 30 December throughout the country, though only to islands connected by bridge, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
You need to be home to receive your New Year's Eve menu and refrigerate it as soon as you can.
Please note! If you're ordering a New Year's Eve menu for a larger party, we recommend that you have plenty of space in your fridge, or alternative refrigeration options available.
On the day of your delivery, you'll receive a text message with an estimated delivery time within a two-hour window. You'll also get a tracking link there, where you can follow your order.
The price for delivery is between DKK 125–195. The exact price will be shown when you order your New Year's Eve menu.

No, you don't need anything out of the ordinary to prepare our New Year's Eve menu. All the dishes can be prepared with the equipment and tools you normally have in a kitchen. We've made sure the menu is easy and straightforward, so you can create a delicious New Year's dinner without any hassle.

Absolutely! We keep all menus refrigerated. So it's the same as having food that's been sitting in the fridge for one day. By picking up the food the day before, you also avoid spending time collecting it on New Year's Eve itself.

The last order date for Madklubben's New Year's Eve menus will be 28 December 2026 at 12:00 noon.
Please note, however, that they may sell out before this date, and this is therefore subject to availability.

Ordering and payment
Our New Year's Eve menus can be ordered for many or few. As a minimum, you can order two covers of our classic menu, two covers of our pescatarian menu, or one cover of our vegetarian menu.
When you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment is made when you complete your order. You can pay using MobilePay or credit card. Please note that it is not possible to use gift cards as payment.
Please be aware of the credit card fee: Corporate cards issued both inside and outside the EU/EEA, as well as personal payment cards issued outside the EU/EEA, are subject to a fee. For American Express, all transactions are subject to a fee.

Right of withdrawal and changes
If you change your mind about your purchase of New Year's Eve catering, you can cancel and get a refund up until 11 December 2026 at 12:00 noon. After this, it is not possible to cancel your purchase or get a refund. However, it is possible to transfer your purchase to another recipient.
After 11 December at 12:00 noon, you cannot remove products from your order. If you wish to add more covers, this is possible while stock lasts – you need to contact us by email or phone to do so.
