Madklubben’s Hazy IPA is the result of a close collaboration between Madklubben and the Jacobsen brewery—and it’s the first beer in our new series, developed exclusively for our own restaurants.

The project was driven by a desire to create something unique that reflects our approach to flavor, craft, and quality. That’s why, together with Jacobsen’s house brewmaster Bjarke, we’ve created a beer that’s easy to drink, full of flavor, and especially well-suited to enjoy with food.

This beer is a Hazy IPA: slightly cloudy, fresh, and fruity with soft bitter notes and an aromatic profile that pairs beautifully with many of the dishes we serve at Madklubben. It was developed in close dialogue between chefs, servers, and brewers—and brewed right beneath our restaurant in Carlsberg Byen.

Madklubben’s Hazy IPA is exclusive to Madklubben and can only be found in our own restaurants across the country.
