Daytime Chef
Bistro Royal has just reopened exactly as you know it, only even more beautiful.
That's why we're looking for kitchen assistants and chefs to make breakfast and lunch when the restaurant is buzzing with coffee meetings, brunch and lunch parties. We're currently looking for both full-time and part-time for breakfast and lunch, so it's daytime and weekends. If you don't know us, Bistro Royal Madklubben's French classic is centrally located on Kongens Nytorv. With a decor inspired by Paris, London and New York, there's always a high pulse and a multitude of hungry guests from morning to night. The restaurant invites you to a quiet start to the day with good coffee and quiet music, atmospheric evenings with a wine menu and steaks as well as parties in the form of Christmas lunches, company parties, stag nights etc.
About you
- You are a trained chef or have at least 3 years of experience in the kitchen and want to help ensure that guests get excellent food at very reasonable prices.
- You are used to and like busyness and high volume and are ready to adapt when required.
- There are many tasks during a day, so it is important that you can balance between them, keep an overview and prioritize correctly - both during the day, but especially in service.
- You have the opportunity to work on weekends, when the restaurant is busiest.
