RESTAURANT MANAGER
Would you like to be responsible for ensuring that guests at Hanzo leave with a smile on their face? Then we have the perfect job for you. We are currently looking for a new Restaurant Manager for our beautiful restaurant in Frederiksberg, where our menu is filled with our Asian favorite dishes. Hanzo is normally an evening restaurant, but during the summer it is also open for lunch, bringing extra life to the restaurant in the warmer months.
About the job
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our guests have a great experience and to build a well-functioning team of happy employees. The best way to do this is by being present when they are, which means you should expect evening and weekend work.
In close collaboration with your colleagues in the kitchen, you will be responsible for the daily management and operation of the restaurant’s activities. It will be your responsibility to ensure appropriate staffing and that the wine cellar is well stocked. You will manage our à la carte restaurant, which is open seven days a week and offers a menu filled with Hanzō’s Asian favorite dishes.
As this is not a task you can handle alone, we expect you to be able to delegate and lead in a positive way so that we maintain a good and healthy working environment at the restaurant. It is therefore essential that you are passionate about creating a great workplace for your employees and understand how to motivate them.
