We sat out to create a Hanzō restaurant that just screams 'leben'. A restaurant that takes in the best of the pan asian buzz and the best dishes from across the continent. The menu reflects that we cross Asian borders with no hesitation which ensures you a new and interesting experience every time you visit. With room for around 90 people you are in for a buzzing night out no matter where you sit.
Everything is wrapped in an atmospheric setting where food, drink, light, sound, scents, and colors blend into a sensory experience. At Hanzō, we are especially known for our shared dining, which resonates with both street food and gourmet touches.

About you
You are a trained chef or have at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen and are committed to ensuring that guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.
You are accustomed to and enjoy a busy environment with high volume and are ready to adapt when necessary.
There are many tasks in the air throughout the day, so it is important that you can balance them, maintain an overview, and prioritize correctly – both during the day and especially during service.
You are available to work weekends and evenings, as this is when we are the busiest.
