Hanzō is Madklubben’s Asian restaurant group, where the atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, and the surroundings are colourful. Here, we serve uncomplicated Asian favourites from across the continent. At Hanzō, we are particularly known for our shared dining concept, combining the flavours of street food with elements of gourmet cuisine.
We are currently looking for a chef apprentice for a short-term apprenticeship of approximately one year. The programme will combine hands-on experience in the kitchen with at least one period of school-based training, giving you the opportunity to develop both your practical skills and your theoretical knowledge.
About you
You have ambition, are detail-oriented, and want to operate at a high professional level.
You have completed the basic training and are passionate about your craft - perhaps with a few years of experience already, though this is not a requirement.
You have a passion for food and value good, fresh ingredients. You want to learn as much as possible.
You are reliable, responsible, and presentable. You are accustomed to and enjoy busy environments and large volumes, and are ready to adapt when necessary.
With many tasks to manage throughout the day, it’s important that you can balance them, keep an overview, and prioritize correctly - both during the day and especially during service.
