Floor Manager

About you
- The team is international so you should be able to talk both Danish and English.
- You have flair for leadership and a big passion for service and guests.
- It is a plus if you have some leadership experience or want to take the next step in your career.
- You thrive in an young environment at speed.

- You are good to follow procedures and standards but at the same time you also able to think out of the box.
- You make a virtue of providing good hospitality.
- You thrive working in the evenings and on weekends.
- If you have a passion for wine it is a plus.

You will take on management responsibility in the evenings to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, your staff remains highly motivated, and guests leave impressed. We have specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales who are all ready to assist and support you in your new role. Your restaurant manager, to whom you will report daily, will also be there to support you.
