We are looking for a apprentice chef for Madklubben Frederiksberg, where the menu is packed with modern classics and seasonal ingredients. Someone who wants to help make the dining experience special for all our hungry guests. About you
You have ambition, are detail-oriented, and want to operate at a high professional level.
You have completed the basic training and are passionate about your craft – perhaps with a few years of experience already, though this is not a requirement.
You have a passion for food and value good, fresh ingredients. You want to learn as much as possible.
You are reliable, responsible, and presentable. You are accustomed to and enjoy busy environments and large volumes, and are ready to adapt when necessary.
With many tasks to manage throughout the day, it’s important that you can balance them, keep an overview, and prioritize correctly – both during the day and especially during service.
You thrive with changing hours.
