Madklubben Home of Carlsberg is a restaurant located in Carlsberg's historic buildings at the top of the hill, Valby Bakke, placed right on top of The Jacobsen Brewhouse. The restaurant will be part of the Home of Carlsberg, and therefore a place for beer connoisseurs, history enthusiasts, and local Copenhageners. Additionally, it will also be a place where you can find classic courses on the menu.
About you
You don’t need extensive experience to work as a kitchen assistant with us, but you do have a strong interest in the kitchen and a passion for ensuring that guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.
You are accustomed to and enjoy working in a busy environment with high volume and are ready to adapt as needed.
There are many tasks to juggle throughout the day, so it's important that you can balance them, maintain oversight, and prioritize effectively—both during the day and especially during service.
You thrive with evening and weekend work.
