Madklubben Home of Carlsberg is located in Carlsberg’s historic buildings at the top of Valby Hill, just above the Jacobsen Brewhouse. The restaurant is part of Home of Carlsberg and thus a hub for beer enthusiasts, history lovers, and locals. In addition, it is a place where you’ll find classic dishes on the menu.
Smørrebrød is served for lunch, along with a modern take on the three-course menu you may recognize from our other Madklubben restaurants. The restaurant is situated in the part of the old brewery where the iconic burgundy-colored beer crates were once produced.
About you
You have a strong sense for ideation, planning, and execution of events from A to Z
You have a commercial mindset and an understanding of how events create revenue and value
You are structured, proactive, and able to maintain an overview even when juggling multiple tasks
You are a strong communicator
You are flexible with working hours and thrive in evening and weekend shifts
You have experience with POS systems and staff scheduling
