With high ceilings and always room for one more, the bistro brings all the French vibes as the little sister to the iconic Bistro Royal at Kongens Nytorv. Simple, classic French bistro dishes, plenty of great cocktails, and a sharp wine list.
Petit Bistro Royal is located at Pilestræde 23, in the heart of Copenhagen, and is open for dinner. Both private and semi-private events are welcome.

About you
- You don't need extensive experience to work as a kitchen assistant with us, but you should have a strong interest in the kitchen and a passion for ensuring guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.
- You are used to and enjoy a busy environment with high volume and are ready to adapt when necessary.
- There are many tasks to manage throughout the day, so it is important that you can balance them, maintain an overview, and prioritize correctly—both during the day and especially during service.
- You are comfortable working evenings and weekends.
