    As a sister to Copenhagen’s beloved Bazaar, Souk brings warm flavors, smoky spices and a middle eastern dining experience. 
    The menu is designed for sharing, with grilled shawarma, vibrant mezze, and loads of house-made cocktails, carefully selected wines and home made ayrans. 

    About you

    • You are a trained chef or have at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen and want to ensure that guests receive excellent food at very reasonable prices.
    • You are accustomed to and enjoy busy, high-volume environments and are ready to adapt when required.
    • There are many tasks to juggle throughout the day, so it is important that you can balance them, maintain an overview, and prioritize effectively—both during the day and especially during service.
    • You are available to work weekends and evenings, as this is when we are busiest.
