Thali is a modern interpretation of the classic Indian feast, enjoyed communally across South Asia. On the large thali platter, you get 12 bowls that take you through the region’s rich universe of flavors, textures, and colors. Complement your meal with any of the additional dishes, enjoy a lassi, toast with an exotic cocktail – or simply stick to the thali.

- Experience with Indian cuisine is a plus.
