At Tonys, it’s not about choosing right — it’s about getting it all. Our menu features 10–12 Italian favorites, selected by the kitchen and shaped by the season. Dishes arrive continuously and are meant to be shared.
Everything — including the pasta — is made from scratch by Head Chef Lorenzo and his team.

The job
- Your day-to-day work will take place in the restaurant, and most of your time will be spent on the floor together with your team and guests.
- Alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will share the overall responsibility for the daily management of the restaurant, and your greatest asset will be your employees. You will act as the Restaurant Manager’s right hand and work closely together to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
- The role includes, but is not limited to, building and developing a team of supervisors and employees, with your primary responsibility being to keep them highly motivated, because you understand that without your team, nothing works.
- In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring staffing levels in the restaurant are always perfectly aligned during your shifts, including maintaining the budgeted labor cost percentage and overseeing general financial management.
- You may also take on secondary responsibilities such as beverage inventory management, ordering supplies, creating menus, wine lists, and cocktail menus, optimizing restaurant operations, service standards, cleanliness, and more.
- You should thrive working evenings and weekends.
