    A menu made for the table, a Puglia-born chef at the stove, and a setting by the water on Havnegade that feels like it’s always been here.

    At Tonys, it’s not about choosing right — it’s about getting it all. Our menu features 10–12 Italian favorites, selected by the kitchen and shaped by the season. Dishes arrive continuously and are meant to be shared.

    Everything — including the pasta — is made from scratch by Head Chef Lorenzo and his team.

    Simple. Generous. Just like Puglia.

    About you
    • You are motivating and enjoyable to work with.
    • You are eager to learn more and passionate about the industry.
    • You stay calm under pressure in busy situations.
    • You are outgoing and take pride in providing excellent hospitality.
    • An interest in wine is a plus.
    • You thrive working evenings and weekends.
    • This is a part-time position, working 2–3 shifts per week.
