Food safety
We are committed to complying with all applicable food safety regulations at all times in relation to production, storage and transport. Compliance is continuously documented through our internal control procedures.
Our food safety controls are designed to comply with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s recommended three-hour rule for serving food up to 1:00 pm, without any requirement for refrigeration or for keeping the food hot.
We cannot be held responsible for the handling of the lunch buffet after delivery.
