At Food Club we aim to serve you great quality - and plenty of it - and at the same time minimize food waste.
We are taking up a fight! A fight against the traditional buffet. Sometimes almost a taboo. But those times are over. We are proud of serving a buffet focused on quality over quantity. We strive to use every inch of an ingredient to make sure we maximise the use - and minimize food waste. It requires a certain level of skills in the kitchen to design dishes this way - but that is what makes it fun.
Vegetables are the main essences in the selection. The meat that goes along with it has been carefully selected.
At the same time we have a collaboration with Too Good To Go, so we make sure that excess food are distributed - even after closing time. Same goes for our collaboration with Kirkens Korshær that ensures the food ends up being eaten by people who needs it.
In other words. At Food Club you get plenty of everything - except for food waste.
Oh - and by the way. All kids under the age of 6 - eat for free!
