Food Safety
We are committed to complying with all current food safety regulations in the production, storage, and transportation of our food, and this is continuously documented through our internal quality control. Our internal control procedures are designed to ensure compliance with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s recommended three-hour rule for serving until 1:00 PM, without the need for refrigeration or keeping the food warm.
